Kota Kinabalu: A prominent homestay operator, Pinstay Plus Sdn Bhd, is offering a guaranteed fixed monthly income option to 260 condominium owners of Vetro11. This initiative is sealed through a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed between Pinstay Plus Sdn Bhd and Vetro11's developer, Q Avenue under ATON Group, on Sunday. Pinstay Plus Sdn Bhd's Managing Director, Lion Wong Ing Lieng, stated that the primary objective of this MoA is to establish Pinstay Plus as the Preferred Operator of Vetro11, located next to Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) 1.
