ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Join our team as an Account Executive! Responsibilities include handling full-set accounts for a construction company, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense reporting.
You'll manage payroll, tax-related matters, and liaise with auditors. Minimum Diploma in Accounting required, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office/Excel is essential. Three (3) years of accounting experience, preferably in Construction, and familiarity with accounting software systems eg: MHW is preferred. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Join our team as a Sales Admin Executive! Responsibilities include leading and guiding Sales Admin Assistants, coordinating with external parties, and ensuring smooth sales administration processes. Key duties involve handling documentation, resolving purchaser complaints, and generating daily/monthly reports.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a minimum of three (3) years of related experience. Computer literacy, particularly in MS applications, and familiarity with MHW Systems are preferred.
