Sales Admin Executive

Job Description:
- Leading and guiding the Sales Admin Assistants.
- Application for End Financier empanelment.
- Ensure the sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation are in good order to facilitate the loan drawdown and disbursement.
- To keep track and to ensure all sales admin daily routine are in good order.
- To coordinate and work closely with lawyers, bankers and internal departments, i.e., Sales & Marketing, Account and Project Department on all sales admin-related matters.
- Key in data in the Developer’s System and generating billing and credit notes.
- Execute and handle the delivery of vacant possession and defect management.
- Handle and resolve complaints from the Purchasers.
- Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS applications
- Knowledge of MHW Systems is an advantage
- Highly motivated, pleasant disposition, and can work independently.
- Committed to completing work assignments on time.
