Vetro 11 Roadshow in Tawau & Lahad Datu Garners Positive Results

The first property event in the east coast received positive responses in Tawau and Lahad Datu after months of activity restrictions.

The Vetro 11 property roadshow was held by IQI Sabah, led by Joel Low and Caroline Yong.

The turnout exceeded their expectations with full capacity which is a good sign for the property market. It shows that the interest for property investment in Sabah is still very high.

At each event, Low and Yong travelled to share their knowledge on the Kota Kinabalu city centre property, Vetro 11.

It is a mixed commercial property in a prime location with highly attractive prices for compact designer suites. It is expected to have high rental yield with a defined target market and potential renters.
