marketing, Tang undoubtedly has played a leading and active role in the Construction and Property
Development Industry in West and East Malaysia. He also possesses extensive connections to
international real estate markets in particular China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
His broad portfolio, driven by his strong sense and understanding of the market's demand, comprises
highly curated developments that meet purchasers requirements in all aspects, ranging from low to high
end text-justify luxury housing, high-rise residential and commercial projects, integrated
developments and boutique properties.

Jin has an extensive background in construction and development having worked in numerous established and
matured listed companies across Malaysia, namely in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. He graduated from School of
Housing Building And Planning from University Science Malaysia in 2001 and holds a Bachelor's Degree of
Science in Town & Country Planning. In 2011, he formed his own construction company in Kota Kinabalu and
his main clients included the government and private sectors.
Synergizing both Jin and Charlie's calibre in construction and property sales and marketing, they
formed Bright Eclipse Sdn Bhd and further expanded the group of companies together as the backbone of
Aton Group.
